Gina- Office Manager

Gina has been working for Dr. Hanan since 2000. Through the years she has had great opportunities to expand her knowledge in the orthodontic and dental fields. Gina has completed additional education in the study of better practice management because she enjoys learning and providing the best for our patients. Gina holds her Bachelor's degree from Hunter College of NY. Her warmth, intelligence, and genial nature make her a valuable part of our orthodontic family. She has proven herself to be an indispensable asset to the practice. If ever you need any help with insurance, financial issues, billing, scheduling, or any other matters, please contact Gina. When she is not working, Gina enjoys spending time with her daughter and traveling.

Kinga- Insurance Coordinator

Kinga has been working for Dr. Hanan since 2010. She holds an Associate's degree in Business Management from BMCC. Kinga is the smiling face you will see when you first come into the office. She is very happy to schedule your appointments and help with your insurance issues. If you ever have any questions or concerns about your appointments or anything else Kinga is eager to help. When Kinga is not working, she enjoys outdoor activities.

Aura- Dental Assistant

Aura has been a dental assistant at our office since December, 2000. In her role as a dental assistant, Aura looks after patients and Dr. Hanan’s needs by preparing work areas, stocking products, sterilizing instruments, charting, and taking digital X-rays. Aura assures that throughout the patients' experience in Dr. Hanan’s office they are provided with the best treatment possible. As a big believer in both helping others and cleanliness, Aura supports her team and Dr. Hanan by maintaining sterilization at hospital levels. She is a true team player here. Aura also prepares patients for their treatment, making sure they are as comfortable as possible. She always remains up-beat and positive and is very detail oriented. When she is not working with us, Aura enjoys spending time with her family and friends.
